ShopClues.com — Refund delayed

I had ordered for symphony winter I air cooler by 2nd of April 2015, order ID[protected]. They said that the product is not available in the market and will refund my amount on 12th of April. I have not yet received my amount kindly help in the issue. My complaint number is 2587071. Thank you.

How long do I have to wait for this issue.
On 14th April'15 received mail cash will refund to your account 4-5 Business days.
Called to customer support said that technical issues all the time.
I don't what technical issues.
