I wrote to the company through on 11.05.2018 that :-
Already thrice, the scheduled reverse pickup has been failed i. E. On 25th april, 2nd may & 10th may & again it is rescheduled to 17th may. It seems your team who are responssible for this arrangement are not serious about it. How many days this type of rescheduling will continue? So don’t spend much more time, kindly refund my money & i will purchase the item from some other agency like amazon, flipkart etc.. Because the damaged item is of no use to me & i have ordered this item on 4th april and today is 11th may. And i will compelled to go to consumer forum if my money will not be refunded within 10 days. Instead don’t force me to send the item through reputed courier and cluebuck etc.. Thanks
