I have bought a phone and that was defective and i replaced on 19th of Aug, and they sent a mail saying i will get the refund within 10 days and after that also i tried to reach them via mail and call but no proper response, whenever i call they say it will take 48 hours and they never reply on mails. its been a month and i have not received my money. They are wasting my time that's the reason finally I am forced to write to consumer forum. I want to put an RTI against this company. Even i have call recording as well. Please let me know the procedure to proceed further.
