ShopClues.com — Refund Not Credited after Returning Defective Product

I didnt recived my Refund about after return process . They says they processed the refund and amount will be credited to my bank account (i used netbanking for payment). But when i mailed them my account statement they says contact my bank and so i asked for details of transactions . i mailed shopclues, emvantage and called CustCare multiple times. The CC always says i will get reply within 24-48hr . but never got details ..
