ShopClues.com — refund not issue despite multiple complaints

Order id:[protected], was placed on 5th july for puma shoes. But they provided shows which were a bit worn out. So, i filed a return request in regards to the order. The return order was picked up by the shopclues guy and since then, i've written multiple complaints in regard to this matter and they've not refunded my money yet. The pickup guy did not provide me any receipt for the courier but the company authorities keep asking me about the receipt.

Please help me in this regard as at this point, i'm literally helpless.
