I have ordered BOSCH washing machine WAK20160in on shopclues bearing order ID[protected].com on 19th march 2017. I made the payment in advance through debit card. But due to some reason I cancelled it same day. The refund status was showing that refund will be processed by 20th march 2017. On 20th march when I checked the refund status It was saying that "Payment Gateway Failure". I tried to call their customer care no [protected] number of times but it is just holding the call to be connected to customer care executive but it is never connecting. I am totally frustrated by their bad response. I request shopclues people that please refund my money as soon as possible. I will wait till march end. If it is not refunded by then I will lodge complaint to Consumer court. Shopclues people, don't spoil your name and refund my money without any complications
