Combo of k11 multi media mobile after received there is no charger ater using my charger that mobile unable to work out going and incoming call but that cekll have got full signal in this very worest situation am return my goods your concern has accepted that return/ whereas past 7 days no rersponse from your concern 2 of may i got msg from your concern one v.surendar cell [protected] will be pickedup today like that received msg but i got call from v.surendar from some other number am unable to recaganise he came to my home anm asking where is your shopclues id he said no id but am the authorised person for shopclues return goods collection agent if you are not hand over ypour return goods am simply report to the shopclues the comsumer not willing to return the goods like that he was threataning me finaly myself hand over that good with him and asking return goods taken receipt he said no receipt only faith for more than that i want conduct your concern for that am asking 2 minutes for conduct shopclues cc he never allowed me simply he gone without conformation no receipt no id proof how is possible your shopclues online business will allowed by indian government ???? i cant understand your business formula still my issues is pending where is my money where is my acknowledgement of return goods what type of business your concern doing so far please ??? your concern cc person behaving is too rude your couriers agents are not genuine because they dont show their id they wont give any receipt by taking my goods return this type of nonsence who will admitte pl??? i have been reported regarding your courier boy behaving that lady of cc doesnt care she told cock and bull story like a plotform shop wala?? i thought that shop clues is MNC company but your employees were not that level in this unpleasant experiance where can i get remedies how can i get my money from shop clues pl???reply me
