ShopClues.com — Regarding refund of my money | |||||
Date of incident: 19/08/2015 i ordered a product on shopclues.Com cost: rs.2029/- i got the product on 27/08/2015 and when i opened the parcel, the product was fake and damaged too. Later the same day i called shopclues customer care and requested for reverse pickup. They arranged for it on september 11 and the pickup was made on 17 september. But so far they are just reverting mails lately that they have received the product and is out with merchant and it will be processed and refund will be made soon. Every time i call, them after their committed time, they say the same thing. I am helpless and i have planned to file a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
