I have purchased one gadget heros wireless IR infra red sensor motion Detector burglar alarm with 2 remote controls during 12/16 vide their order No. ID[protected]. The product was delivered to me on 17-1-17. tHE PRODUCT id is ID 760127. Now the product is not working. The cost of product was paid vide COD basis

I therefore request you to intervene in this matter and ask the shoclus to repair the producr or refund the cost early date
