Sir, I have ordered a product from shopclues.com on 2Nov 2015... but I am not satisfy this product..I have ordered jeans, but the size is not perfect... and I want to replace this product... also I had uploaded a return request to shopclues... but till they have not taken any action...while it has passed more than one month... they are not return this product neither refund my money... order number[protected] Return number-2312314

Sir I requested the product bluez classy in ear earphones online from shopclues on 17 Nov 2017, also I delivered it on 22 Nov 2017 but till only within 2 days on 24 Nov 2017 it was get damaged before warranty of 6 months. My product order number is[protected].
