ShopClues.com — request rejected without any asking and reason! shopclues not picking phone!

on outer box its written that all the product is in the box but when i
opened it ...all i could find is 1 pillow and 5 cleaning cloth...where
is cotten face towel and sania face towel?
i have not paid so much money for this...kindly make them to take all i got back and
refund my whole money for 4 orders...not even half the order i have
got!
kindly make them respond quicker!
