[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Return completed but refund is not initiated in my account

I ordered a 4gb ram on 29 Oct 2015, 10:55 AM. I got my order on 3rd Nov. I found it defective and made a return / refund request same day. They took product and send it back to retailer. I got confirmation that your request is approved and product is reached and refund is initiated. expected date of refund to show in my bank account was 12 Nov 2015. but still i didn't got my money. when i am contacting customer care they are not responding me. Order id is 73777334, refund id is 7509038. Total is RS 1391. I am really frustrated with their services. Please help me out to get my money back from this fraud company.
