[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Return of tea wrongly listed as 'Green Tea' (order no.[protected] & 20938931.)

I placed 2 orders for tea displayed as Green Tea. I opened one box and found that it was not that what we buy as 'Green Tea' from any good brand as Organic India. The seller had put up that tea wrongly as green tea. I contacted shopclues for return but they refused to listen and plainly refused return. Secondly my negative feedback both for seller and product has been hidden by shopclues, this way shopclues is helping the seller who is putting misleading listings and cheating the customers.
