I Have booked Sansui C-11 (S5301) on[protected] on order no 98734841. I have received my product on[protected]. when i opened my product i found it is defect. As per user manual i consult our service center creative mobile care. He examine the handset and told to me it his manufacture defected and issued me DOA Certificate again i consult to you and your team told to me your product return approved.My courier partner visited you and pick up the product.I sent the product on[protected]. I could not use this product for booking nearest one month.So please tell me what is going on my issue and how long shall I receive my product.
