OMG. From where shall I start. I had to order Blackberry Torch 2 9810 from shopclues against all my wishes coz Its only available on shopclues. Need it to access my official email while I'll be away on my vacation. But guess what, I receive a defective piece ( internet data wont work on the phone, well a known issue in Torch)and Shopclues is not ready to take the responsibility. I initiated a return/ refund request on 17th Jan 2016 online and called the Customer Care. I was advised that within 48hours, I will get a resolution. Guess What each day I call Shopclues, Send messages online. All I get to hear from the Customer care is 48 hours TAT each day. Do you even have any Buyers protection.? today I called and spoke to a manager - Anupama verma - It was so irritating to talk to her as in each of her sentences she was saying that she would help me, but all in Cain. I was not asked to wait for 3-4 days as merchant was not responding. are you kidding me!!! In this competitive world, where in Amazon, myntra, Jabong etc have no question asked return policy who would want to shop at shopclues knowing they just ridicule their customers. I doubt I will get any resolution now. Lost all hopes. Such companies must be banned and declared unethical. CEOs and leadership team must be arrested for fooling the people.
later I spoke to Floor supervisor Kanahiya Lal- Guess what he said it takes 3-4 business days for us to share the outcome. I asked him from what day, to which he confidently said from the date you raise the request., I burst out laughing and explaining it to him to stop contradicting himself. I raised the refund request on 17th ( Sunday) so from 18th to 21st, its 4 business days already. What are you waiting for?? Was this information helpful? |
