ShopClues.com — Return request being rejected

I ordered a ring from shopclues worth 99rs with 2-3 days i received the product now in images it was very different and what came to my house is a very thin metal ring on which a sticky paper was stuck and sparkles with glue. it looks so cheap that it is not even wearable. now i contacted shopclues for returning the product, they rejected the return request saying that they can only process the return request only if the specifications dont match with product. now there was nothing mentioned that the product i will receive will have glitter paper stuck all over it. just imagine some1 is gifting a ring covered with paper to his special one's. how cheap is that. the image or the specifications, no where is mentioned that the rig is having glitter paper stuck on it. please check the image i have attached, the silver part is just glitter paper which keeps on moving from thee metal ring.
