i have ordered sun glasses of Marc Jacobs MJ 305/S Black-Silver Sunglasses for Men with order no 16520009. the product is of low quality and i have delivered the product on 18 th july, i have raised a return request on the same day and the return id is 363415 bt still i am not getting any response from shop clues team, even i have called them a couple of times bt still no response from der end I want them to get back their product and provide me the refund.
