Recently on i purchased a bluetooth speakers in shopclues.com. Order no.:[protected] Order date : 1 november 2018 Shutterbugs sbs-001 oval bluetooth speakers (Qty:1) After reaching the product it wasn't working properly and gave some problems in use According to the returns policy, shopclues offers a 10 day return guarantee. So we decided to return the product but the seller rejected our return even after everything is according to the policy. So please help us in this regard so we can return and get refund as soon as possible. And please inform us if they still insist to take back is there any legal procedure to deal with it. Thank you. Detucted rupees 1598/- for two products 799/- each through prepaid from my Account But sent only one fake product of rupees 799/-
But made delivered for both product on there shopping site.
