I have procured a Wet Grinder through Shopclues on Cash on Delivery basis. I have received the product on 08.01.2016 which was damaged (one of its plastic part) by which the product is not working. When I have complaint the same to the Vendor from where the Shopclues has sent the Product that vendor told me to do the needful Service at my end. Then, I have made complaint on Shopclues.com online and till today they have not take any action. I have even thought that if this product will get return then by the refunded amount I will procured the other product which may be costlier than this. But Shopclues is asking for 1) Image of outer box with shipping label pasted and clearly visible. 2) Image of inner packaging and box. 3) Image of product clearly showing the damaged part / section. Sir/Madam, kindly help me out to resolve this issue. I am unable to get any resolution for this. Also, I am not able to use the product.
