Return requested for ShopClues order 31959711I reeceived the order on 8th Jan and I initiated return request on 12th Jan only (with timeline) as the product was not upto mark. I have ordered total 5 set of curtain in this order (total 15 pieces). I received reply on 16th Jan that shopclue is not ready to accept the return(even it mentioned that user can return product if not like). 16th was the last day as per their policy. I was on holiday and could not check mail at that time. Anyways, I checked my mails on 19th jan and decided to keep all 5 sets but When I opened all, my husband noticed that there was some kind of marks in one set so I wrote to shopclues again on 20th Jan that I am ready to keep 4 sets but cannot take 1 set as it is faulty as well.Then I got reply that the time has been over to initiate the return now.I requested them but they are not ready. Curtain material is very thin and they have told that they have mentioned all the things regarding product on their website. I am asking them where is this mentioned?? I am still ready to keep 4 sets(12 curtains), just requested to take return of 1 only. I am very dissatisfied with shopclue return policy and that's the reason I use to think more than 100 times to shop from shopclue and recommend shopclue to anyone. Earlier I was fan of shopclue but highly dissatisfy now. Was this information helpful? | |||
