[Resolved] ShopClues.com — return the product and ask to money back | |||||
I bought a product from shopclues.com in september17. My product id is[protected] which was not up to the mark in terms of size and quality. I sent them email in october 17 (With in 1 month) to get back the product and refund me. But they said it is not included in their policy. And they refuse to take the product and refund me. However when the product purchased that was not stated in terms and conditions. Please help me to get my money back and ask them to take their product back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
