Bought a smartphone Moto e7 plus (new) from their website on 1st Feb, 2021 but the product that I received on 4th Feb, 2021 had marks and scratches on it. Box was repacked and had 1 seal broken out of 3. Raised a return request within 2 hours of delivery but merchant rejected my return request. This phone is useless for me.
