[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Sale product above MRP | |||
On 22nd Dec, 2013 I ordered one Nova Hair Dryer via online through credit card payment. Shopclues sold me this product at 263/- rupees without shipping charges. But the product I received have just 120/- rupees cost as per mention MRP on this product. When I ask to shopclues in this regard they are saying send back this product to them then they will decided what to do further. So I would like know to can Shopclues sale product above the mention MRP, if not then why they are not refunding me balance amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
