We ordered a tv from shopclues, and for around 3 months it gave satisfactory performance. After that it isn't working properly, it switches off itself and then after a minute switches on itself. It's been a whole week we have been complaining to the shopclue customer care no. they first said they'll be sending their engineers. For a week they said like this and then after a week when we called again they told us to register a complaint online. It's been a whole month we haven't used this tv.
