I have buyed Samsung 32Inch LED TV
Order No : 71910685 from ShopClues on October 2015 within 04 months I have been facing Problem; Problem is half portion of TV is getting Blur( getting Dark )and half portion Screen showing.
This is Very Annoying
By Repeatedly Chasing my Problem Issuse again and again No Body has visited my House to See my Complaint.
And the feedback what I got is
my Complaint has been Closed by saying it is internally Damage by Mishandled.
I don't agree that it is "internally damage due to mishandled".
No body has visited to my place for investigation, how can you say it was mishandled .
When there is no physical damage on screen.
Kindly arrange pickup immediately and provide resolution.
I am calling again and again for the resolution, it is very frustrating for me.

Its been Only 04 Months for my TV which i have purchased from Shopclues. Am having One Year Warranty in my TV but still they are not providing solution.
They are Saying go to near by Showroom and ask them.
How Pathetic is that.
And what answer am getting is my complaint is resolved.
Hw could they resolve the problem without sending any person to have the look on the Complaint.
ShopClues Director please have look on the Customer Problem.
If this kind of thing you will be doing with Customer you will be not happy in your life.
