I have purchased I Phone 4s 64 GB from shopclues order number is 58327785. I got delivery on 2nd July 2015. As per their terms if products find unsatisfactory within 10 days we can return the product. Now its been 7 days i am following up with them but they are just postponing and not giving any firm solution. IPhone provided by them is 2nd hand, as per IMEI number of mobile, it has been purchased in Japan on 15 August 2013 that means it is 2 year old mobile and they are claiming it is new. there are many problems with the handset. 1) It is heating 2)battery last only for 4-5 hours with normal use . 3) phone gets switch off when battery is around 20% 4) back panel of mobile is fake. Please help me out in getting justice.
