Dear Authorities,

I have purchased new fabiano semi automatic non water air cooler, but shop clues.com has supplied duplicate and defective products and I given return request but they have rejected. while shopping they have shown 10days return policy, as per their policy, i don't like that product, but shopclues.com is not accepting my return request. they have cheating me supplying defective product. i contact to customer support they are giving irrespective answer and go to service center, actually i want to save my time that's why i purchased online. But they have cheated me.
