ShopClues.com — Sent broken product and took about three months to resolve an issue against my proposal | |||
I ordered rayban glasses through shopclues.com (order ID[protected]. Firstly they sent a broken product so I placed a replacement request along with images. They came back stating that they are not able to see the image through email only and closed the call without calling me. I requested to re-open the request which they reluctantly did but main story started after this. I finally sent them picture again. They accepted it and informed that they will get the product picked. for about 10 days there was no response from them. During this time, I called them and requested to arrange a call back. They said that they will it but there was never a call back. They finally got the product picked up after a month. Then there was no response for two weeks about when the product will be sent back. I again called and requested for call back multiple times for about 2 months but there was no call back. I kept several emails but they did not meet their SLA and missed response to my several emails. I made it clear that I want replacement and not refund. without responding to my emails, they refunded the money. i locked my money for about 3-4 months and I get my money back. Frustrating experience with shopclues and ultimately a big loss of my time and money in financial term. Support persons were pathetic and never offered help. Please help me bring this to shopclues higher management so they can stop cheating customers. I hope that people dont fall prey to such bogus companies. Was this information helpful? | |||
