I have submitted a complaint to shop clues customer care as well as to xpressbees customer care but they have provided me a nonsense reply hence raising at this forum..
With reference to order number[protected] i have not received the product. It has never been delivered to my or my address.
There were 2 products shipped by shopclues for which the courier partner was xpressbees. I received one on 3rd august (Tracking #[protected]. I got a call from the xpressbees delivery boy and i collected the same personally from him.
The second product was not delivered and i got a call on 6th aug from xpressbees (Tracking #[protected] asking
Me if it was delivered. I said no its not.
On 7th and 8th august i got sms stating that the shipment is out for delivery but i never got a call for delivery.
On 9th aug i got an sms stating that the shipment has been delivered due to which i sent 2-3 complaints to shopclues via their app and email and i marked the complaint to
Xpressbees as well on 11th august.
The shipment is not delivered. Either xpressbees or shop clues is liable to deliver the product to me or process a refund for the same. Was this information helpful? |
