I was loyal shopper of shopclues.com, even I was great fan of shopclues and told many friends about good experience.
However now I am no more fan of shopclues, due to one damaged product
delivered recently.It's ok, many product got damaged in transit.
But shopclues should accept this and either replace or refund, but they
are not accepting the return request at all.I filed return request
multiple times. Each time they closed it without giving any reason. Worse is that shopclues do not have any contact number or customer care number. They insist on mail system/online log system and thier executive are not trained to handle customer queries. Also they do not have any grievance addressal system.
Not sure where to escalate this, shopclues is following wrong business
practice and taking advantage of its dominating market position Should I write to CCI?
