I palce the order for usb data cable and otg cable on shopclues.com
But they extend the delivery date and after that they cancelled my order from their site.

And they don't give the refund on time.

When i report it personally then after 2 days they give refund.

The inconvenience from the site

The delivery is not proper and not on estimated day

I ordered a nice dicer from shopclues past 2 weeks and filed to re urn the product as it was unsatisfactory .The from was that they will call shortly but it since a week they did not call.They issue was filed by no 88147194.If you are not calling us shortly i have to take serious step and file a complaint of it..

The order no 88381430, delivered the damaged product on 24th March 2016.

There is no toll free number to contact customer care of shopclues, very inconvenient and disgusting.

So kindly solve the issue, need urgent reply plz
