I ordered a memory foam neck pillow from shopclues as I have cervical problem, the product arrived was wrong, even after filing 3 return requests they have been continuously declining the return request. Such a poor service not even ready to exchange the product.

Buddy you are not going to get any positive genuine response from shop clues the customer care will respond to your mail as if you will get the return or replacement and if you return the product both the returned product and you money will vanish further more your phone calls to the customer care will only add up as additional cost and this whole exercise will work against you / stress you
My friend it happened to me and you know what I did I reordered the same product but this time COD / Cash on Delivery when the order came I gave the delivery man some money to open the pack and I removed the item and replaced it with bar soap and returned the order asking him to report as "item not collected" now let shop clues have a bath with the soap stinking people that they are
