Dear shop clues team,
this is too much, i have not received the product delivery, and you people are sending
me this mail, you are showing my order status is complete. This is really ridiculous. I
have never seen so much unorganized ecom company in my life. I am following up
with the costumer care regarding my non delivery issue of the product an on the other
side i am getting this mail from you. how could you send me this mail before doing
the delivery.
I am following up for last 10-15 days with your customer care, every time I am getting the
same answer that they are forwarding my request on priority basis to transition team the will
call you in24-48 hours and resolve the issue.
I have done a proper Inquiry with the ecom express, they have inform me they have
not received any courier with the no[protected].
Pls resolve the issue asap.
