I had ordered ivoomi me1+ from shopclues.com.. The phone was not similar what seller mentioned.. So i requested for return from the site... The shopclues hasn't sent any pick up.. The product was certified for "easy return policy". I have requested many times for pick up.. But the site hasn't turned up... So i decided to file a case against shopclues.com

The product is eligible for return in one of the following cases provided the complaint/return request is registered within 48 hours of delivery -
Product is defective/damaged.
Product is not same as ordered/described – different color, size, style, wrong product.

I received defective product also its wrong product; my return rejected it; i want my money
