[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Shopclues send poor quality wrong product & denied to take back

Dear Sir I have placed a order Of sunglasses with shopclues order number No .16764841 dated 14 July at 1:44 Pm, I had specially & clearly mentioned in my order that I don't want Black colour sunglasses but Shopclues person overlooked my special comment and send me the black colour sunglasses . If you require the picture and my special comment Order then I can send you the same also for your ready reference. After receiving the courier I came to know that the quality of the Sunglasses is very poor and also having the scratch marks on the Glasses, looks like used one . if they I had lodged the complaint immediately with shop clues person but they said that we cant do any thing and said your problem is solved we cant refund your amount and after that blocked my email id . Even they wrote in his website that this Sun glass is imported I asked him to provide the Tin number and IEC Code but they are not providing the same. Sir I am amazed that thousand of compalints are against shopclues then also how come they are still in the market why government is not taking any action against these fraud sites . I request you please involve in this matter and instruct those person to refund my full amount INR 209 .00 and take back his scrap . Hoping for your soonest and favorable action at earliest.
