ShopClues.com — short receipt of 02 sets against ordered qty for 03 sets

Dear sir,
I had ordered an home berry jaipuri rajwada double bed sheet with 02 pillow covers on 17 jan 2018 (Order id no :[protected] and product has been received on 19 jan 2018 as far as short receipt of product complaint registered on 20 jan 2018 through complaint cell. However more information asked by you against my complaint on 23 jan 2018, which was also send to you on 25 jan 2018 through complaint cell. Morever i have again lodged complaint for the same on 23 jan 2018 for your ready reference and better checking of product despatch details through online complain box.
Now how you are saying i am registered my complaint on 23 of jan 2018. Please look into the matter and short out the complaint at the earliest.
