ShopClues.com — Sold a stolen phone and not ready for refunding | |||
I am neetha..somewhere around in January I bought an iPhone 4s, 16gb, white colour from shopclues.order number[protected].when the phone was delivered, it was really nice ..but after a month or so there was some problem with the display..so I went to imagine store for the repair..but there they told me that the bill that was given couldn't be considered because it did not contain tin number and invoice code..so I mailed shopclues asking for a original bill..I even checked the phone's imei status..it was blocked by Apple because it was a stolen phone...so I requested for a replacement..after many days my request was initiated..then after a month or so I got another phone..I thought it was a replaced phone, but it was not..they just repaired it and sent it back..after this I was irritated..so I asked them for a refund..but no useful respond..this is why I'm am filing a complaint.i just want my money..
