I have purchase Sony MDR-XB50AP Experience Extra Bass from the Shop clues, while the item delivered to me is the Sony MDR-XB30EX. This is the first time I purchase an item from the shop clues and it is a very bad experience for me. I have purchased the item Sony MDR-XB50AP Experience Extra Bass With Mic in Vivid colors on 11th Dec, 2015 and got delivered the product Sony MDR-XB30EX white color on 28th Dec, 2015. I had waited for the product for more than two weeks. This is pure cheating. I made the return complaints immediately after receiving the item on 28th Dec, 2015. Then I had send the images of the product also. On 8th January, 2016 simply they send one messages that the return is denied. Updated by Boul chandra Garai They have declines the return request without any reason. The product I had purchase @Rs 2098 and the product they delivered of ~Rs500 only.
I have contacted them several time, each time they are telling they will come back within 2-3 days. But after 12day they are simply telling that return request is declined without any reason.
