Sir, I had purchased two 13 fins Vox oil filled heater model no X-OD-13 TF Oil Heater 2900w. One of the oil heater has the complaint of breakage in the thermostat and switch plastic body, cord storage part and fan is making a lot of harsh sound due to some manufacturing defect.The order no. is 30867383 and transported by Gatisurface.
