I have ordered a Crazy (ISI) helmet by order No.83666566 on 29.1.2016. by Cash on Delivery for Rs.419/- with a condition of no return. Whereas I have received a Vector (Non ISI) broken/damaged helmet by order No.84487231 with tracking number [protected] shipped by Aramex on 4.2.2016 by Cash on Delivery. When I sent a SMS for return to [protected] . A reply message has received by me as " Hi. We are sorry, Your Order 84487231 is no longer Eligible for returns as it not Applicable under Buyer Protection Policy". Kindly do the needful action to refund the money with necessary legal action for cheating the public by ShopClues.com by various bogus offers.
