Sir I've made an order of 3 items on ShopClues on 22 Dec 2020, 12:04 P.M. I paid the amount of ₹631 through upi but my order not showing or even confirmed. Please Help me with this. I don't have any order id because my order not confirmed, But after payment a confirmation message was shown on ShopClues app But my order not confirmed Please Help me. Thank You

I have two transaction 3161.80 and 3161.82 at shopclues app same item but one transation sucessfull and order placed then i cancel the order and refund me 3045 .00but another transaction not successfull .but debited 3161.80 from my credit card and order not placed . both are transaction EMI Facility has Taken. I want know what happen amount 3161.80 rupees. My credit card EMI PROCESS THAT amount.
Please look into the matter.
