ShopClues.com — Trying to return an order | |||||
I've ordered 2 items from Shopclues.com both of which sizes were wrongly mentioned on the website by the Merchant. NOw they keep sending me emails that it cannot be returned 10 mins later i get a refund email, 10 mins later I get a mail that the merchant is not going to refund it and now I have a mail stating the complaint ticket will be shut.
