This is with reference to my Order No. 18333233 dated 12 Aug. 2014. I placed the order on www.shopclues.com for “three burner automatic gas stove" but shopclues took my money and informed me that my product has been shipped to DTDC and the tracking number is Z29975290 on 14 Aug 2014. After some days I cannot track this shipment and went to Imphal DTDC office they informed me that no consignment was made on this number and an email from DTDC had also confirmed that no shipment was made with this number. It is quite clear now that no shipment was made. I called up shopclues customer care 2 times and had a talk with them emailed many times to shopclues but their responses were same saying "we are trying to solve this problem." Finally I can see in my order history of my shopclues account that my product is returned undelivered and I can do nothing until further notice no cancel no refund. What is this Dear shopclues. You make mistake and loaded it upon my head? I don't care about the lost of my money but the kind of cheat you had made on me makes me really annoyed. Was this information helpful? |
