Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am your esteemed customer and
place regular orders with shop clues.
I want to register complaint with you regarding my cluebucks
accounts balance.
I had some 1240 cluebcucks point in my account, on 21stJan
2015, I wanted to order few things
and when I saw my clue bucks accounts it was showing just 5, to my surprise when
I called your customer care, and spoke to Mr Aditya, floor supervisor, He talked to me very rudely and inform that they
got expired yesterday, when I asked them that I did not received any mail or
notification about expiry of said clue buck points, he did not answered and
keep Saying it expired.
After that I requested your floor superisor mr Aditya, to
release my earned shop clues for one day at least to utilize them but he said
nothing can be done now.
I am your regular customer and expect a courtesy that some
one will look into my genuine request to release those points for atleast one
or two days so that I can utilize my points.
I expect some one senior from your organization to look into
my genuine concern and revert back immediately with some solution.
