Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered on 15/10/2015 - Nova 2 Slice Grill Maker Nsg 2438/01 on COD basis order no.71639056 But I received Grill maker NSg 2438 with damage condition. Backside stand found broken. Then I raised complaint and asked for replacement for damaged product. Broken product pickedup by Shopclues courier receipt no. AWBSCL0183655 DT. 31/10/2015 BY Mr. Kiran Shelar. After that, I have received an email as below S, We want to inform you that your Order Number: 71639056 has been refunded.
