I have ordered a product (product id: 5919841) from shopclues.com on 3rd of April 2015, on completion of which I was ensure to receive 2% of my order amount (Rs. 750) as cluebucks. I already confirmed details regarding this, from the customer care before placing my order and was ensured that my cluesbucks will be transferred to my account within 10 days of product delivery. After not receiving the clues bucks even after 10 days, I logged a complain with complain no: 2747635 on 26th of April 2015 and was told that "the reason for the delay is that we are facing some technical issues and you will surely receive your cluesbucks and I am logging a complain on your behalf." Today (2nd May 2015) when I enquired regarding my complain status, they told me that my complaint is invalid and we are sorry that you were provided with wrong information but we cannot give you your cluesbucks.
I will be grateful if you resolve this issue soon, as I have been cheated by official representatives of the company. I also have the recording of the conversation with the customer care executive regarding this issue. Was this information helpful? |
