I have ordered a product a Pigeon Non Stick Tadka Pan from shopclues.com vide Order No. 15360141 dated 19.06.2014 but instead of the said Item they have delivered Pigeon Hard Anodized Tadka Pan on 23.06.2014 and when I asked for the return of the same they informed that they have forwarded the matter to the concerned seller (Shree Ganapati Sales Corporation, Jaipur) but the seller is not available hence it will take time.
My concern is that earlier also I have made the purchase of Nokia Lumia 520 Mobile Phone from shopclues.com vide Order No. 12287545 dated 24.03.2014 and have requested for providing the proper Tax Invoice but they have not provided the same and when I asked them they replied the same as above that seller is not available and till date also they have not provided the Tax Invoice. So much irresponsible Customer Service shopclues.com is having, ruthless.
Hence I request you to please help me in this regard as I want the refund of money / return of item immediately without any further delay otherwise they (shopclues.com) will never take the matter seriously.
