This is the first time i have used your website to order something and i am shocked to see kind of product delivered to me.
I ordered a watch costing rs1028 with order id[protected]. On 21/08/2017 i received order, when i unwrapped the box i saw an old, defective, damaged, rusted watch which was not the same i ordered. Now i was believing in your policies and was not worry about the inconvenience caused to me as you are not a one room company but have a big value in market.
I called to report the incident and was assured by your people that in next 2 days courier boy will pick up product and then we will process the refund in your bank account. Courier boy came to my house was not ready to take back watch as something was missing from the box. I told him that's how i received it but there was big no on his face and he took only picture and went back when i was waiting for his reply.
Called your customer care today and now they are like impossible people as they want me to follow their process as i never mentioned product is not what i ordered. As per the customer care lady i supposed to say "different product received" to be précised. Please tell what is the meaning of "i have not received what i ordered"? This is the same sentence i am using from the first interaction. I am not aware about your jargons to be used while reporting complaint.
I was not expecting this kind of service on my first attempt. I am all set to take the case to consumer court now if i don't get my money back by 27/08/2017 as committed by your customer care people.
