[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Wrong Product and not taking back

I ordered a product named 'FLY Universal Car Windshield Mobile Holder by AutoKart' on 09 Sep 2014. After around 10 days, they sent me a different model of the product. The product was little bit damaged, as well. I wanted them to pickup that product from me and refund the amount. I requested for the same with details and the request was accepted. After around 10 days they sent me a mail saying the they tried the reverse pickup but the product was not ready for shipment. Actually nobody had contacted me for the reverse pickup. So I requested the reverse pickup again and after around 10 days they said the same thing that they tried the reverse pickup and the product was not ready for shipment. Actually I have been for their call, but nobody has called me. They just tell that they have tried. I think they are trying to cheat me. The order number is 20114187 and the return ids are 466271 and 466273. I want to take legal actions against ShopClues.com. Please advice me on the same.
