ShopClues.com — Wrong Product Delivered

I had ordered a Bluedio I4 Bluetooth Stereo headset from ShopClues.com on 12th Aug 2015 order No #64838405 & #65817531 and Order Amount INR: 815/- (Incluing delivery charges). However, the have deliverd me a wrong product (SAMSUNG Bluetooth Headset HM-1000). I have receiv (24th Aug 2015 completely different product than the ordered one.Order No & Shipment Tracking No both are wrong id on Receipt.I want to correct products send to me again.If a wrong product is delivered, under buyer protection you are eligible for replacement or refund. Please do keep the picture of the product as we will need it for verification.
